الرضا الوظيفي وعلاقته بالالتزام التنظيمي لدى معلمي مركز المتخلفين ذهنيا بالمسيلة (دراسة ميدانية بمركز المتخلفين ذهنيا بالمسيلة)

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الرضا الوظيفي والالتزام التنظيمي لدى معلمي المركز المتخلفين ذهنيا بالمسيلة، وبغية التحقق من الفرضيات تم اختيار عينة مكونة من 30 معلم، وقد تم اختيارهم بطريقةعشوائية بسيطة. حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي وذلك لموافقته لطبيعة الدراسة، أما عن أداة الدراسة تم استخدام استمارةالاستبيان للتعرف على الرضا الوظيفي وعلاقته بالالتزامالتنظيمي، وتم التوصل إلى: - توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الرضا الوظيفي والالتزام التنظيمي لدى متخلفين معلمي المركزالمتخلفين ذهنيا بالمسيلة - مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمي المركز المتخلفين ذهنيا متوسط . - مستوى الالتزامالتنظيمي لدى معلمي المركز المتخلفين ذهنيا متوسط. الكلماتالمفتاحية: الرضا الوظيفي، الالتزام التنظيمي، المتخلفين ذهنيا.

Summary: This study aimed to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment among teachers of the mentally retarded center in M'sila. In order to verify the hypotheses, a sample of 60 teachers was selected, and they were selected in a simple random manner. We relied on the descriptive approach because it agreed with the nature of the study. As for the study tool, a questionnaire form was used to identify job satisfaction and its relationship to organizational commitment, and it was concluded that: - There is a statistically significant correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment among the mentally retarded center teachers in M’sila. - The level of job satisfaction among the center’s mentally retarded teachers is average. - The level of organizational commitment among the center’s mentally retarded teachers is average.
