Design and Development of an Online Platform to Connect Algerian Citizens with Local Service Providers(AlloService DZ)

Abstract

In the context of the accelerating global digital transformation, and with its increasing adop tion in Algeria, this project aims to create a digital platform that acts as a bridge between service providers and citizens. The target group faces difficulties in finding reliable and ef fective service providers, making a digital solution essential. The AlloServiceDZ platform allows users to search for, book, track, and communicate directly with service providers, in addition to a rating system that contributes to increased trust and quality. It also enables service providers to showcase their skills and manage bookings in an organized manner. Results have shown that the platform facilitates access to services, reduces time and ef fort, and improves transparency and the quality of interaction between the two parties.
