Whether in the World Intellectual Property Organization, which contributed to resolving its disputes by establishing a center for arbitration and mediation, and developing and clarifying how arbitration begins and ends through arbitration rules, or the World Trade Organization, which clarified its procedures in the Memorandum of Understanding regarding the rules and procedures governing the settlement of disputes that were established in the agreement to establish an organization international trade, and their development of the system and keeping pace with technology to facilitate the arbitration process.
