منطقة القرن الإفريقي العربي والتكالب الاستعماري الأوروبي الآسيوي

Abstract

تعتبر منطقة القرن الإفريقي العربي من أهم المناطق الحيوية و الاستراتيجية في العالم نظرا لما تتمتع به إمكانيات، ميزتها عن غيرها، إذ تظهر هاته الميزات في الموقع الجغرافي، والذي تكمن أهميته في كونه يحاذي أهم الممرات البحرية المتحكمة في عصب التجارة الدولية، يضاف إلى ذلك الثروات والموارد البشرية والطبيعية للمنطقة، وكل ذلك جعلها محل أطماع العديد من القوى الإقليمية والدولية في أوروبا وآسيا وفي دراستنا للمنطقة تناولنا التكالب الأوروبي ( بريطانيا ، فرنسا ، إيطاليا ) على المنطقة، فبينت الدراسة الأسباب الحقيقية، الخفية والظاهرة لهذا التكالب وانعكاساته على المنطقة، كما تناولت التنافس الآسيوي (الصين، إيران، الإمارات) على المنطقة وبينت كذلك أسبابه ودوافعه ونتائجه على المنطقة. الكلمات المفتاحية: ( القرن الإفريقي العربي، التكالب الأوروبي، قبائل العفر، التكالب الآسيوي، باب المندب، البحر الأحمر ... )

Abstract: The Horn of Africa region is considered one of the most vital and strategic regions in the world due to its capabilities, which distinguish it from others. These advantages are evident in its geographical location, the importance of which lies in its proximity to the most important maritime routes that control the nerve center of international trade. In addition, there are the region's human and natural resources, and all of this has made it the object of the ambitions of many regional and international powers in Europe and Asia. In our study of the region, we addressed the European scramble (Britain, France, Italy). Regarding the region, the study revealed the true, hidden, and apparent reasons for this scramble and its repercussions on the region. It also addressed the Asian competition (China, Iran, and the UAE) for influence in the region, outlining its causes, motivations, and consequences.
