إعداد وتحليل خلطة زفتية مسامية محلية الصنع لتحسين النفاذية السطحية للطرقات

Abstract

تتناول هذي الدراسة دراسة جدوى مشروع مؤسسة اقتصادية مصغرة تحت المسمى التجاري PERMALAB ـ مخبر تجارب النفاذية للطرق ـ ينتمي إلى قطاع الخدمات التقنية المتخصصة في مواد الطرق . يقترح المشروع خمس خدمات مخبرية: التحاليل المفردة للمواد الخام ( ركام، رمل، زفت ) فحوصات تربة الطرق، بالإضافة إلى خدمة التنقل الميداني لأخذ العينات ويتميز المشروع بكونه الوحيد المتخصص في تصميم الخلطات الزفتية النافذة بالاعتماد على المواد المحلية ، في ظل غياب تام لأي مخبر خاص معتمد في ولاية المدية. تستند الدراسة إلى تحليل سوقي معمق يشمل مصفوفة SWOT ومخطط نموذج العمل التجاري BMC ودراسة تقنية للموارد البشرية مع اختيار ثلاث سنوات وتشير التوقعات المالية إلى تصاعد رقم الاعمال من 3,5 إلى 9,4 مليون دينار جزاري بين السنتين الأولى والثالثة، مقابل استثمار أولي إجمالي يقدر بـ 4,37 مليون دينار، مع تحقيق نتيجة صافية إيجابية منذ السنة الأولى يهدف المشروع إلى معالجة ثلاث إشكاليات متكاملة : سد الفراغ التقني في مجال ضبط جودة النفاذية المائية للطرق ، المساهمة في الوقاية من الفيضانات الحضرية وفق مفهوم المدن الاسفنجية ، وتثمين البحث الجامعي في الهندسة الحضرية ودمجه ضمن الاقتصاد المحلي.This study addresses the feasibility of a micro-enterprise project under the commercial name PERMALAB (Road Permeability Testing Laboratory), operating within the technical services sector specialized in road materials. The project proposes five laboratory services, including: individual analyses of raw materials (aggregates, sand, bitumen), a comprehensive traditional asphalt mix design study, a porous permeable asphalt mix design study (an exclusive service in the region), road soil testing, and an on-field mobility service for sampling. The project stands out as the only one specialized in designing permeable asphalt mixes using local materials, amidst a complete absence of any certified private laboratory in the Wilaya of Médéa. The study relies on an in-depth market analysis including a SWOT matrix and a Business Model Canvas (BMC), a technical study of human resources, and the selection of Médéa city as the project location due to its pivotal geographical position, alongside financial estimates spanning three years. Financial projections indicate a rising turnover from 3.5 to 9.4 million Algerian Dinars between the first and third years, against a total initial investment estimated at 4.37 million Dinars, with a positive net profit since the first year. The project aims to tackle three integrated issues: filling the technical gap in road water permeability quality control, contributing to urban flood prevention according to the sponge city concept, and leveraging university research in urban engineering within the local economy.
