Abstract

الملخص: المطبوعة موجهة لطلبة السنة الأولى ليسانس قسم التكوين القاعدي بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعة المسيلة حيث تناولت وحدات تعليمية كل وحدة تحتوي على أنشطة التعلم والتعليم تسمح بتحقيق أهداف الوحدة والمخرجات المتوقعة لها، وخصصت الوحدة الأولى لدفع الجلة بثلاث طرق، وشملت الوحدة الثانية رمي الرمح وفق ما يتعلق بفعالية رمي الرمح من الناحية النظرية وكذا القواعد والتنظيمات واكتساب المراحل الفنية لها ، واحتوت الوحدة الثالثة فعالية رمي القرص التعريف بالقواعد والقوانين وتطبيق الفعالية تدريجيا لاكتساب المراحل الفنية حتى اتقان الأداء أما الوحدة الرابعة فخصصت للقفز الطويل من حيث دراسة الجوانب القانونية وكذا كيفية تطبيق المراحل الفنية حتى اتقان الفعالية. Abstract : The publication is directed to the first year students of the Bachelor of based formation Department at the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities at the University of M'sila The educational units dealt with each unit containing learning and teaching activities that allow for achieving the unit’s objectives and expected outcomes. The first unit was devoted to shot put in three ways, The second unit included javelin throw in terms of the effectiveness of javelin throw from a theoretical perspective, as well as the rules and regulations and acquiring its technical stages. The third unit included the discus throw activity, introducing the rules and laws and gradually applying the activity to acquire the technical stages until mastering the performance. The fourth unit was devoted to the long jump, in terms of studying the legal aspects and how to apply the technical stages until mastering the activity .
