معاهدات السلام العربية والإسرائيلية وتأثيرها على القضية الفلسطينية

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع معاهدات السلام العربية مع إسرائيل وتأثيرها على القضية الفلسطينية، من خلال تتبع الجذور التاريخية لنشأة الحركة الصهيونية والدعم الاستعماري الذي ساهم في إقامة دولة إسرائيل على أرض فلسطين، كما تطرقت الدراسة إلى الأوضاع السياسية في المشرق العربي وضعف الدولة العثمانية، ودور بريطانيا من خلال وعد بلفور وسياسة الانتداب في تمكين المشروع الصهيوني. وتناولت الدراسة الحروب العربية الإسرائيلية، خاصة حرب 1948 وحرب 1967، ثم انتقلت إلى دراسة مسار التسوية السياسية الذي بدأ بعد حرب أكتوبر 1973، وصولاً إلى اتفاقيات كامب ديفيد ووادي عربة واتفاقيات أبراهام، كما ركزت على تحليل التأثيرات السياسية والقانونية والاستراتيجية لهذه الاتفاقيات على القضية الفلسطينية، خاصة فيما يتعلق بحق تقرير المصير، والقدس، وحق العودة، إضافة إلى أثرها على الموقف العربي الموحد. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن معاهدات التطبيع ساهمت في تعزيز مكانة إسرائيل الإقليمية والدولية، مقابل تراجع الدعم العربي للقضية الفلسطينية، دون تحقيق تسوية عادلة تضمن الحقوق المشروعة للشعب الفلسطيني وفق القانون الدولي. Abstract This study examines the Arab peace treaties with Israel and their impact on the Palestinian cause by tracing the historical roots of the Zionist movement and the colonial support that contributed to the establishment of the State of Israel on Palestinian land. The study also discusses the political conditions in the Arab East, the weakness of the Ottoman Empire, and the role of Britain through the Balfour Declaration and the Mandate policy in supporting the Zionist project. The research addresses the Arab-Israeli wars, particularly the wars of 1948 and 1967, then moves to the political settlement process that began after the October War of 1973, leading to the Camp David Accords, the Wadi Araba Treaty, and the Abraham Accords. It further analyzes the political, legal, and strategic impacts of these agreements on the Palestinian issue, especially regarding the right to self-determination, Jerusalem, and the right of return, in addition to their effect on the unified Arab position. The study concludes that normalization agreements contributed to strengthening Israel’s regional and international position, while weakening Arab support for the Palestinian cause, without achieving a just settlement that guarantees the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people in accordance with international law.
