Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة االستراتيجية األمنية الجزائرية في تأمين حدودها " االزمة الليبية نموذجا ورصد أهم التداعيات التي أفرزتها هذه األخيرة على الجزائر واالمن اإلقليمي وحتى الدولي ومع تصاعد التهديدات العابرة للدول لم يعد تأمين إقليم الدولة كافيا لتأمينها بمعزل عن أمن الدول المجاورة و في ظل هشاشة الحدود واالضطرابات الداخلية في كل من مالي ونيجر ودول الساحل وكذا بروز الكيان الصهيوني كالعب في دولة المغرب وسقوط الدولة الليبية وعدم نجاح الليبيين في بناء الدولة من الجديد وفي ظل التهديدات اإلرهابية المتصاعدة بفعل البيئة المناسبة لذلك أصبح من الضروري تبني مقاربة أمنية متعددة االبعاد سواءا اقتصادية أو سياسية أو إنسانية أو ثقافية وحتى بيئية وفي سياق توع مفهوم االمن ظهر ت السياقات النظرية أمنية جديدة تؤطر كل ذلك فالفهم استراتيجية الجزائر في تأمين حدودها تناولنا االزمة الليبية لمعرفة المقاربة الجزائرية واالستراتيجية األمنية المتبعة في ليبيا. مصطلحات الدراسة: االمن، االستراتيجية األمنية، التهديدات األمنية، االزمة الليبية، الجزائر، ليبيا.

Abstract: This study aims to examine Algeria's security strategy in securing its borders, using the Libyan crisis as a case study, and to identify the major repercussions that the latter has had on Algeria, regional security, and even international security. With the escalation of transnational threats, securing a state's territory is no longer sufficient to ensure its safety in isolation from the security of neighboring countries. Given the fragility of borders and internal disturbances in Mali, Niger, and Sahel countries, as well as the emergence of the Zionist entity as a player in Morocco, the collapse of the Libyan state, and the failure of Libyans to rebuild the state, and amidst the rising terrorist threats due to the conducive environment, it has become necessary to adopt a multi-dimensional security approach encompassing economic, political, humanitarian, cultural, and even environmental aspects. In the context of broadening the concept of security, new theoretical contexts have emerged to frame all these aspects. To understand Algeria's strategy in securing its borders, we have examined the Libyan crisis to understand the Algerian approach and the security strategy implemented in Libya.
