الذكاء العاطفي وعلاقته باتخاذ القرار لدى الأطباء دراسة ميدانية بمستشفى الزهراوي-ولاية المسيلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين الذكاء العاطفي واتخاذ القرار لدى الأطباء العاملين بمستشفى الزهراوي بولاية المسيلة. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وطبقت مقياسي الذكاء العاطفي لمرفت عبد الرحيم سالم ومقياس اتخاذ القرار لبندر العتيبي على عينة عشوائية قوامها 70 طبيباً، أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الذكاء العاطفي ومستوى اتخاذ القرار لدى الأطباء كانا مرتفعين، وتبين وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ودالة إحصائياً بين المتغيرين الرئيسيين. كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين كل بعد من أبعاد الذكاء العاطفي (الوعي بالذات، تنظيم الانفعالات، الدافعية، التعاطف، المهارات الاجتماعية) وبين مهارة اتخاذ القرار، مع تفاوت في قوة هذه العلاقات حيث جاءت الدافعية والوعي بالذات في المرتبة الأولى. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن الذكاء العاطفي يعد عاملاً أساسياً في تعزيز قدرة الأطباء على اتخاذ قرارات مهنية متزنة ودقيقة. The study aimed to examine the correlational relationship between emotional intelligence and decision-making among physicians working at Al-Zahrawi Hospital in the Province of M'Sila. It adopted a descriptive research design and employed the Emotional Intelligence Scale developed by Mervat Abdel Rahim Salem and the Decision-Making Scale developed by Bandar Al-Otaibi. The instruments were administered to a random sample of 70 physicians. The findings revealed that both the level of emotional intelligence and the level of decision-making among the physicians were high. The results also indicated a positive and statistically significant correlation between the two main variables. Furthermore, positive correlations were found between each dimension of emotional intelligence—self-awareness, emotion regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills—and decision-making ability. However, the strength of these relationships varied, with motivation and self-awareness showing the strongest associations. The study concluded that emotional intelligence is a key factor in enhancing physicians’ ability to make balanced and accurate professional decisions.
