مستقبل مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية في ظل التحديات الاقليمية الراهنة منذ 2011

Abstract

يثير مستقبل منظمة مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية الكثير من التساؤلات في ظل تحديات ومتغيرات داخلية واقليمية ودولية خاصة بعد 2011، فقد تناولت الدراسة الظروف الدولية والاقليمية والداخلية التي دفعت دول الخليج العربية ممثلة في (السعودية وعمان وقطر والبحرين والكويت والامارات العربية المتحدة) إلى طرح فكرةالتكامل الاقليمي في منظمة دون إقليمية عرفت بمجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية،هذه الفكرة التي تهدف إلى تحقيق الأمن والتنمية والرفاه لشعوب المنطقة في ظل تنامي ظاهرة التكامل الدولي من جهة، وتنامي التهديدات الاقليمية والدولية وحتى الداخلية من جهة أخرى،كما تناولت الدراسة نشأة وتطور منظمة مجلس التعاون الخليجي وما حققته منذ نشأتها وما هي العراقيل الداخلية والاقليمية والدولية التي اعترضت طريق تطور المنظمة وتحقيق الاتحاد الخليجي، إضافة الى السيناريوهات المطروحة لمستقبل المنظمة في ظل التطورات الحالية وتعارض سياسات الدول الأعضاء في المنظمة ومدى تأثير هذه التغيرات على مستقبل المنظمة.
