الـــــــــتعاون الـــــــدولي لمكافحـــــــــــة الإجــــــــرام الإلـــــــــــــــــكتروني

Abstract

الإجرام الإلكتروني يعتبر من الجرائم المستحدثة و العابرة للحدود فهو من جهة يستدعي وجود كيان دولي يسعى الى اتخاذ كافة اتخاذ كافة التدابير و الاجراءات الضرورية للحد من انتشاره و معاقبة مرتكبيه، و هذا ما يتطلب وجود تكافل بين الهيئات الامنية و القضائية الدوليةخاصة فيما يتعلق بتبادل المعلومات المتعلقة بالجريمة التي تتصف بطابع خاصيقتضي ان تكون هناك اجراءات سريعة و اساليب تحري قضائية و تقديم المساعدات القانونية ة التقنية.و بالرغم من وجود اشكاليات و معوقات لهذا التعاون الدولي، الى ان مجالاته في مكافحة في مكافحة الاجرام الالكتروني متعددة و مختلفة في المجال الامني، القانوني و القضائيو ليس الغرض منه معاقبة المجرمين اينما كانوا إنما تشمل القمع و الوقاية من هذه الجرائم الكلمات المفتاحية: إجرام إلكتروني، مكافحة، تعاون دولي Abstract: Cybercrime is considered a new and cross-border crime. On the one hand, it calls for the existence of an international entity that seeks to take all necessary measures and measures to limit its spread and punish its perpetrators, and this requires the existence of interdependence between international security and judicial bodies Especially with regard to the exchange of crime-related information, which is of a special nature, it requires that there be quick procedures and judicial investigation methods and the provision of legal and technical assistance. Although there are problems and obstacles to this international cooperation, its fields in combating cybercrime are numerous and different in the security, legal and judicial fields.
