Modernization and Commissioning of Telecom Sites Supervision, Installation and Integration of New Sites

Abstract

This text describes the global shift from 2G/3G networks to 4G LTE and 5G, highlighting the growing importance of network modernization for mobile operators. It studies the process of telecom base station modernization, including installation, commissioning, and integration into the RAN. The results show that a structured approach improves key performance indicators such as accessibility, call drop rates, and network reliability, with signal quality (RSRP and SINR) playing a key role in overall performance.
