Abstract

عرفت المجتمعات والدول في السنوات الأخيرة تطورا تكنولوجيا كبيرا أدى إلى تحوّل تفكير الدول إلى عصرنة قطاعاتها لتقديم أجود خدمه وفي أسرع وقت وذلك بالاعتماد على الإدارة الإلكترونية، وهو الاتجاه الذي انتهجته الجزائر وسارت فيه بالانتقال من نظام الإدارة التقليدية إلى نظام الإدارة الإلكترونية في مختلف مرافقها العمومية على غرار مرفق وزارة الداخلية والجماعات المحلية، وزارة العدل،... الخ، وذلك من أجل عصرنتها، ما يطرح التساؤل حول مدى مساهمة الإدارة الإلكترونية في خدمة المرفق العمومي في الجزائر في ظل العديد من التحديات التي تواجه هذا التحول الكلمات المفتاحية: الإدارة الإلكترونية – الإدارة التقليدية- المرفق العمومي. Summary In recent years, societies and countries have known a great technological development that has led to a shift in the thinking of states to modernize their sectors to provide the best service and in the fastest time, by relying on electronic management, which is the direction that Algeria has taken and has taken by moving from the traditional management system to the electronic management system in its various public facilities Similar to the facility of the Ministry of Interior and Local Communities, the Ministry of Justice, ... etc., in order to modernize it, what raises the question about the extent of the electronic administration’s contribution to serving public facilities in Algeria in light of the many challenges facing this transformation
