Abstract
تتناول هذه المذكرة موضوع إعادة تهيئة مخطط شغل الأراضي رقم 08 (08 POS) بمدينةالمسيلة وتأهيله وفق مبادئ وأبعاد التنمية المستدامة. يهدف البحث بشكل عام إلى معالجة الاختلالات الحضرية وتطوير النسيج العمراني للموقع من خلال صياغة مقترح لتهيئة مجالية متكاملة توازن بين الاحتياجات السكنية المتزايدة والحفاظ على المقومات الطبيعية والبيئية للمحيط. ويرتكز المشروع المقترح على تحسين جودة الحياة اليومية للسكان عبر تنظيم الفضاءات الخارجية، ودعم شبكة المرافق والخدمات العمومية، وتطوير منظومة التنقل والحركة داخل الحي، للوصول في النهاية إلى نموذج لحي حضري متجانس مرن وصديق للبيئة يلبي متطلبات الحاضر دون المساس بحقوق الأجيال المستقبلية.
This thesisaddresses the redevelopment and rehabilitation of Land Use Plan No. 08 (POS 08) in M'sila city in accordance with the principles and dimensions of sustainabledevelopment. The researchgenerallyaims to rectifyurbanimbalances and develop the site's spatial fabric by formulating an integrated planning proposalthatbalances expandingresidentialneedswithpreserving the surroundingnatural and environmentalassets. The proposedprojectfocuses on enhancing the inhabitants' dailyquality of life throughorganizingoutdoorspaces, reinforcing public facilities and services, and improving the internalmobility and circulation system, ultimatelyachieving a cohesive, resilient, and eco-friendlyurbanneighborhood model thatmeetspresentneedswithoutcompromising the rights of future generations.
