Abstract

ميكن القول أن املشرع اجلزائري أدرك أمهية الشركة ذات املسؤولية احملدودة يف الرفع ابالقتصاد الوطين، وذلك مبراجعة العديد من األحكام املتعلقة بتأسيسها، هذه التعديالت اليت ميكن القول إهنا تعديالت جوهرية، تساهم يف حتسني مناخ االستثمار يف اجلزائر. ويف الواقع فإن إلغاء رأس املال األدىن ال يعين أن يقوم هؤالء الشركاء بتكوين شركاهتم مببالغ رمزية ابلرغم من أن ذلك جائز قانوان، ألن مقدار رأس املال هو الذي يعزز مكانتها املالية للحصول على القروض وكذلك لكسب ثقة الغري، هذا التعديل اجلوهري الذي مس ابلطبيعة القانونية للشركة ذات املسؤولية احملدودة جعلها أكثر اقرتااب من شركات األشخاص. الكلمات املفتاحية: الشركة ذات املسؤولية احملدودة، القانون اجلزائري، قانون 20-15. Abstract The Algerian legislator recognized the importance of the Limited Liability Company (LLC) in boosting the national economy by reviewing various provisions related to its establishment. These amendments can be considered significant as they contribute to improving the investment climate in Algeria. In fact, the elimination of the minimum capital requirement does not mean that partners can form their companies with minimal amounts, although it is legally permissible. The capital amount enhances the company's financial position to obtain loans and gain the trust of others.
