Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة علاقة القيادة الاستراتيجية بالالتزام التنظيمي لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية بالمسيلة، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي بالاعتماد على أداة الدراسة التي تمثلت في استبيان للقيادة الاستراتيجية والالتزام التنظيمي، حيث طبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة قوامها 114 عونا من أعوان الحماية المدنية بالوحدة الرئيسية بالمسيلة، وبعد معالجة البيانات المستمدة من الميدان وترتيبها وتبويبها ومعالجتها إحصائيا من خلال برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين القيادة الاستراتيجية والالتزام التنظيمي لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية بالمسيلة - توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين القيادة الاستراتيجية والالتزام العاطفي لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية بالمسيلة. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين القيادة الاستراتيجية والالتزام المعياري لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية بالمسيلة. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين القيادة الاستراتيجية والالتزام المعياري لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية بالمسيلة الكلمات المفتاحية: القيادة، الاستراتيجية، الالتزام التنظيمي.

Study Summary: This study aimed to know the relationship of strategic leadership to the organizational commitment of civil protection agents in M’sila.In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive correlational approach, relying on the study tool, which was represented by a questionnaire for strategic leadership and organizational commitment.This study was applied to a sample of 114 civil protection agents.In the main unit in M'sila, After processing, arranging, tabulating and statistically processing the data derived from the field through the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program, the following results were reached: -There is a correlation between strategic leadership and the organizational commitment of civil protection agents in M'sila -There is a statistically significant correlation between strategic leadership and the emotional commitment of civil protection agents to M'sila. -There is a statistically significant correlation between strategic leadership and the normative commitment of civil protection agents to M'sila. -There is a statistically significant correlation between strategic leadership and the normative commitment of civil protection agents to M'sila Keywords: Strategic leadership, organizational commitment
