Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أحكام النشوز الزوجي ، المتسبب في زعزعة أركان الأسرة من الأساس ، وكيفية علاج هذا النفور والشقاق ، مع بيان الآليات الكفيلة بحله ، وذلك من خلال نصوص القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية المطهرة وقانون الأسرة الجزائري . الكلمات المفتاحية: النشوز، الزوج، الزوجة، أركان الأسرة، أحكام النشوز الزوجي.
