أثر التشريعات الجديدة على الفضائيات الجزائرية الخاصة دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الصحفيين العاملين بالقنوات الخاصة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أثر التشريعات الجديدة حول القنوات الفضائية الجزائرية الخاصة من خلال دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الصحفيين بدولة الجزائر، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وأداة الاستبيان لجمع بيانات الدراسة على عينة متكونة من 31 صحفي، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: وجود آليات قانونية عديدة لتنظيم السمعي البصري، وأن المشهد السمعي البصري بالجزائر شهد تغيرات جديدة في ظل التشريعات الجديدة، بالإضافة إلى وجود نظرة استشرافية للممارسة الصحفية في قطاع السمعي البصري في ظل التحولات التشريعية الجديدة. This study aimed to demonstrate the impact of the new legislation on private Algerian satellite channels through a field study on a sample of journalists in Algeria. The descriptive approach and questionnaire tool were used to collect study data on a sample of 31 journalists. The study reached several results, including: the existence of numerous legal mechanisms to regulate audiovisual media, and that the audiovisual landscape in Algeria has witnessed new changes in light of the new legislation, in addition to the existence of a forward-looking view of journalistic practice in the audiovisual sector in light of the new legislative transformations.
