الحماية الاجتماعية للأطفال في خطر في ظل القانون 15-12

Abstract

يكفل المشرع الجزائري حماية متنوعة اجتماعية وقضائية للطفل القاصر في ظل القانون رقم 15-12 المتعلق بحماية الطفولة، وتتجلى هذه الحماية في الهيئات الوطنية والمحلية المنبثقة عن هذا القانون. حيث تمنح له رعاية تربوية واجتماعية ونفسية، وحتى بدنية تضمن لهذا الطفل بناء شخصية متوازنة وفعالة تمنعه من الانزلاق نحو الآفات والمخاطر الاجتماعية التي تجره نحو الانحراف، ويكون مواطنا صالحا ينفع نفسه وأسرته ووطنه.
