الحماية الجزائية للطفل من الجرائم الإلكترونية

Abstract

في ظل التطـــور التكنولوجي الذي يشهده العالم المعاصر اليوم صـاحبه تطـور فـي الجريمـة وهو ما يعرف بالجريمة الإلكترونية و أكثر ضحايا هاته الجرائم هم فئة الأطفال سواء بصفتهم ضحايا أو جانحين ، وذلك بحكم حبهم للاطلاع والاكتشاف أصبحوا يلجون له هذا ما يجعلهم عرضة لارتكاب الجرائم ، وذلك نتيجة عدم رقابة أوليائهم ، بالموازاة الدولة من جهتها سعت إلى توفير الحماية الجزائية للأطفال قصد مجابهة آثار الجريمة الإلكترونية من خلال وضع آليات تشريعية و مؤسساتية لحماية هذه الفئة وما يتماشـى وهذا التطـور التكنولـوجي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحماية الجزائية للطفل، الجريمة الإلكترونية، الآليات القانونية.

Abstract: In light of the technological development that the contemporary world is witnessing today, it is accompanied by a development in crime, which is known as electronic crime, and most of the victims of these crimes are the category of children, whether as victims or delinquents, due to their love for knowledge and discovery. The oversight of their parents, in parallel, the state, on its part, sought to provide criminal protection for children in order to counter the effects of cybercrime through the development of legislative and institutional mechanisms to protect this category and in line with this technological development.
