Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة دور المنصات الرقمية في مواجهة الدعاية الصهيونية خلال الحرب على غزة، وذلك من خلال دراسة تحليلية لحساب الصحفي الفلسطيني صالح الجعفراوي -رحمه الله- على منصة إنستغرام خلال الفترة الممتدة من أكتوبر 2023 إلى أكتوبر 2024، إذ اتخذت الباحثة من هذا الحساب نموذجاً تطبيقياً لرصد آليات الإعلام البديل والصحافة التشاركية في تفكيك منظومة الهاسبارا الإسرائيلية وإعادة بناء السردية الفلسطينية المضادة أمام الرأي العام العالمي. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بأداة تحليل المضمون، وانطلقت من فرضية مفادها أن توظيف أدوات الإعلام الرقمي البديل يسهم فعلياً في تحويل نمط توجيه الرأي العام من الاحتكار المؤسساتي الكلاسيكي نحو نموذج رقمي مقاوم وأكثر تفاعلية. وقد تضمنت الدراسة ثلاثة فصول محورية؛ يتناول الأول الإطار المنهجي للبحث، فيما يكشف الثاني عن الأبعاد النظرية للمنصات الرقمية والدعاية الصهيونية وطوفان الأقصى، ويخصّص الثالث للجانب التطبيقي التحليلي لعينة منشورات الجعفراوي وفق فئات الشكل والمضمون والقيم والموضوعات والأهداف. وقد كشفت نتائج التحليل التطبيقي أن حساب الشهيد جمع بين وظيفتي التوثيق الميداني والمواجهة السردية المباشرة للدعاية الصهيونية إذ اعتمدت بنسبة كبيرة من المنشورات (نحو70 بالمئة) على التوثيق الشخصي المباشر، في حين حققت نسبة تفوق نصفها معدلات مرتفعة من التفاعل والانتشار الواسع، بما يؤكد فعالية الإعلام البديل في اختراق الحصار الإعلامي بناء سردية فلسطينية مضادة. الكلمات المفتاحية: المنصات الرقمية. الدعاية الصهيونية (الهاسبارا). السردية الفلسطينية المضادة. الإعلام البديل. تحليل المضمون.

Abstract The current study examines the role of digital platforms in countering Zionist propaganda during the war on Gaza, through an analytical study of Palestinian journalist Saleh Al-Ja'farawi's Instagram account from October 2023 to October 2024. The researcher adopted this account as an applied model to trace how alternative media and participatory journalism dismantle the Israeli Hasbara apparatus and reconstruct a Palestinian counter-narrative for global public opinion. The study follows the descriptive-analytical method using content analysis, and departs from the hypothesis that digital alternative media tools effectively shift the pattern of public opinion formation from classical institutional monopoly toward a more interactive and resistant digital model. The study comprises three core chapters: the first addresses the methodological framework; the second explores the theoretical dimensions of digital platforms, Zionist propaganda, and the Al-Aqsa Flood operation; the third is devoted to the applied analysis of Al-Ja'farawi's posts across categories of form, content, values, themes, and objectives The applied findings revealed that Al-Ja'farawi's account combined field documentation with direct narrative confrontation of Zionist propaganda: a large share of posts (around 70%) relied on first-hand personal documentation, while more than half achieved high levels of engagement and broad reach — confirming the effectiveness of alternative media in breaking the media blockade and constructing a counter Palestinian narrative.
