منهج ابن دقيق العيد في دراسة أحاديث الأحكام من خلال كتاب إحكام الأحكام شرح عمدة الأحكام كتاب الصلاة باب صفة صلاة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أنموذجا (الأحاديث من 84 إلى 97)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان منهج ابن دقيق العيد في دراسة أحاديث الأحكام من خلال كتابه إحكام الأحكام شرح عمدة الأحكام، مع تطبيق ذلك على أحاديث باب صفة صلاة النبي ﷺ (من الحديث 84 إلى 97). وقد تناولت ترجمة ابن دقيق العيد والتعريف بكتابه، ثم أبرزت منهجه في دراسة السند والمتن، وتوظيف القواعد الأصولية واللّغوية في استنباط الأحكام، وانتهت إلى أنّ منهجه تميّز بالدقة العلمية والجمع بين علوم الحديث والفقه والأصول، مما جعل كتابه من أهم شروح أحاديث الأحكام. الكلمات المفتاحية: ابن دقيق العيد، إحكام الأحكام، أحاديث الأحكام، صفة صلاة النبي ﷺ، الاستنباط الفقهي، أصول الفقه. ABSTRACT : This study aims to examine the methodology of Ibn Daqiq al-‘Id in the study of Hadith of legal rulings through his book Ihkam al-Ahkam sharh Umdat al-Ahkam , with an applied study of the hadiths in the chapiter « The Description if the Prophet’s Prayer »(Hadiths 84-97) .The research presents a brief biography of the imam and an introduction to his book, then highlights his approach to the study of the chain of transmission(isnad) and the text(matn), as well as his use of linguistic and legal-theoretical principales in deriving legal ruling. The study concludes that his methodology is characterized by scholarly precision and the integration of the sciences of Hadith, jurisprudence, and the principles of islamic jurisprudence, making Ihkam al-Ahkam one of the most significant commentaries on Hadiths of legal rulings.
