المراسي الجزائرية وأثرها على الاقتصاد العسكري خلال ‏عهد الدايات(1671-1830م)‏

Abstract

‏ تناولنا من خلال هذه المذكرة دور المراسي الجزائرية خلال فترة حكم الدايات (1671-1830م)، وهي مرحلة حكم شهدت ‏تحولات هامة في بنية الاقتصاد العسكري، نتيجة لتطورات داخلية وخارجية، انعكست على النشاط البحري عامة، ونشاط ‏المراسي بصفة خاصة.‏ ‏ ركزنا في دراستنا على الأهمية الاستراتيجية والاقتصادية للمراسي التي كانت تشكل حلقة وصل حيوية في دعم "الجهاد ‏البحري"، وتوفير الموارد المالية لصيانة الأسطول وتمويل الجيش الإنكشاري، كما عالجنا كيفية تكيّف هذه المراسي مع ‏التحولات الإقليمية في حوض البحر الأبيض المتوسط، خاصة في ظل تراجع الجهاد البحري، وتزايد الضغوط الأوروبية، وتغير ‏موازين القوى البحرية.‏ ‏ وقد أدى هذا إلى تراجع في مداخيل الدولة من النشاط البحري، وانعكس سلبا على الاقتصاد العسكري، وبالتالي تفاقمت ‏الأزمات المالية والاجتماعية، وصولا إلى ضعف البنية الدفاعية للجزائر قبيل الاحتلال الفرنسي 1830م.‏ ‏ ‏This study examines the role of Algerian ports during the era of the Deys’ rule (1671–1830 ‎CE), a period that witnessed significant transformations in the structure of the military ‎economy due to internal and external developments that directly impacted maritime activity at ‎large, and port activity in particular.‎ ‏ ‏The research focuses on the strategic and economic importance of these ports, viewing them ‎as a vital link in supporting the “maritime jihad,” and providing the financial resources ‎necessary for maintaining the fleet and funding the Janissary army. It also explores how ‎Algerian ports adapted to regional shifts within the Mediterranean basin, especially amid the ‎decline of maritime jihad, mounting European pressures, and changing balances of naval ‎power.‎ ‏ ‏This situation led to a reduction in state revenues derived from maritime activities, which ‎adversely affected the military economy and contributed to the exacerbation of financial and ‎social crises, culminating in the weakening of Algeria’s defensive structures prior to the French ‎occupation in 1830 CE.‎
