مستوى التكيف الأكاديمي وعلاقته بدافعية التعلم لدى طلبة ماستر 2 ارشاد وتوجيه فئة 20% دراسة ميدانية بجامعة محمد بوضياف المسيلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين التكيف الأكاديمي والدافعية للتعلم لدى طلبة السنة الثانية ماستر إرشاد وتوجيه من فئة 20%، مع تحديد مستوى كل من المتغيرين، والكشف عن الفروق المحتملة بين الجنسين، وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 56 طالبًا وطالبة بجامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة خلال السنة الجامعية 2025-2026. واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استُخدم مقياس التكيف الأكاديمي للباحث خوجة المسعود2023،ومقياس الدافعية للتعلم، ويتكون كل منهما من 30 فقرة، بعد التحقق من خصائصهما السيكومترية من صدق وثبات من خلال دراسة استطلاعية. وأسفرت النتائج عن أن مستوى التكيف الأكاديمي لدى أفراد العينة جاء متوسطًا، في حين كان مستوى الدافعية للتعلم مرتفعًا. كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ودالة إحصائيًا بين التكيف الأكاديمي والدافعية للتعلم. كذلك بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث في كل من التكيف الأكاديمي والدافعية للتعلم This study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between academic adjustment and learning motivation among second-year Master’s students in Guidance and Counseling within the 20% category, while also determining the level of each variable and examining possible gender differences. The study was conducted on a random sample of 56 male and female students at Mohamed Boudiaf University of M’Sila during the academic year 2025–2026. The study adopted the descriptive correlational method. Two instruments were used: the Academic Adjustment Scale and the Learning Motivation Scale, each consisting of 30 items, after verifying their psychometric properties in terms of validity and reliability through a pilot study. The findings indicated that the level of academic adjustment among the sample participants was moderate, whereas the level of learning motivation was high. The results also revealed a positive and statistically significant correlation between academic adjustment and learning motivation. Furthermore, no statistically significant differences were found between males and females in either academic adjustment or learning motivation.
