اعادة_تهيئة حي 206 مسكن وفق مبادئ_التنمية المستدامة بمدينة المسيلة

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة مشروع إعادة تهيئة حي 206 مسكن بمدينة المسيلة وفق مبادئ التنمية المستدامة، من خلال تشخيص الوضع العمراني والبيئي والاجتماعي للحي، وإبراز أهم النقائص والمشاكل التي تؤثر على جودة الحياة للسكان. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التحليلي والميداني باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية، والمعاينات الميدانية، والصور الجوية، إضافة إلى مختلف المخططات العمرانية. وقد شمل التحليل دراسة الإطار المبني، الفضاءات الخارجية، الشبكات القاعدية، المساحات الخضراء، مساحات اللعب، وحركة التنقل داخل الحي، حيث أظهرت النتائج وجود عدة اختلالات تتمثل في تدهور التهيئة الخارجية، نقص المساحات الخضراء المهيأة، ضعف الإنارة العمومية، وتراجع جودة الفضاءات الترفيهية والخدماتية. وبناءً على ذلك، تم اقتراح مشروع إعادة تهيئة حضرية مستدامة يهدف إلى تحسين الإطار المعيشي للسكان، من خلال إعادة تنظيم الفضاءات الخارجية، تعزيز التشجير والمساحات الخضراء، تحسين الحركة والمرور، إعادة تأهيل الواجهات، وتدعيم الجوانب البيئية والجمالية باستعمال حلول مستدامة تراعي البعد البيئي والاجتماعي.This study addresses the redevelopment project of the 206 Housing District in M'Sila according to the principles of sustainable development. It aims to analyze the urban, environmental, and social conditions of the neighborhood and identify the main issues affecting residents’ quality of life. The study relied on analytical and field-based approaches using Geographic Information Systems (GIS), field surveys, aerial imagery, and various urban planning documents. The analysis focused on the built environment, external spaces, infrastructure networks, green areas, playgrounds, and mobility within the neighborhood. The results revealed several urban deficiencies, including deteriorated outdoor spaces, lack of properly designed green areas, inadequate public lighting, and poor recreational and service facilities. Based on these findings, a sustainable urban redevelopment project was proposed to improve residents’ living conditions through the reorganization of public spaces, enhancement of green areas and urban landscaping, improvement of mobility and circulation, rehabilitation of building facades, and reinforcement of environmental and aesthetic aspects using sustainable solutions that integrate environmental and social dimensions.
