Abstract

This study aims to highlight the crimes related to the practice of the notary and bailiff professions under Algerian legislation, by analyzing the main forms of these crimes and identifying their legal elements. This study is of particular importance due to the role played by both notaries and bailiffs in protecting rights and ensuring the stability of legal transactions. The study adopts a descriptive and analytical approach through the analysis of relevant legal texts and their application to professional practice. It concludes that the forms of committing these crimes vary according to the nature of the tasks assigned to each profession, which requires proper legal regulation to ensure the proper functioning of justice and the protection of public trust.
