Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن العلاقة بين ضغوط العمل والالتزام الوظيفي لى المعلمات بالمؤسسات التربوية. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث طبقت الدراسة على عينة تكونت من (50) معلمة في المرحلة الابتدائيةموزعين على ثلاثة ابتدائيات بمدينة المسيلة، وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على ما يلي: - لاتوجدعلاقةبينضغوطالعملوالالتزامالمعياريلدىالمعلماتبالمؤسساتالتربوية. - لاتوجدعلاقةبينضغوطالعملوالالتزامالعاطفيلدىالمعلماتبالمؤسساتالتربوية. - لاتوجدعلاقةبينضغوطالعملوالالتزامالمستمرلدىالمعلماتبالمؤسساتالتربوية. - لاتوجدعلاقةبينضغوطالعملوالالتزامالوظيفيلدىالمعلماتبالمؤسساتالتربوية الكلمات المفتاحية: ضغوط العمل، الالتزام الوظيفي، المعلمات، المؤسسات التربوية

Abstract This study aimed to reveal the relationship between work pressures and job commitment among female teachers in educational institutions. To achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was followed, as the study was applied to a sample consisting of (50) primary teachers distributed among three primary schools in the city of M’sila.The results of the study resulted in the following: -There is no relationship between work stress and the normative commitment of female teachers to educational institutions. - There is no relationship between work stress and the emotional commitment of female teachers to educational institutions. - There is no relationship between work stress and the constant commitment of female teachers to educational institutions. - There is no relationship between work stress and job commitment of female teachers in educational institutions Keywords: Work pressures, job commitment, female teachers, educational institutions
