Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الرقمنة في تحسين أداء مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني بولاية بوسعادة، والكشف عما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في دور الرقمنة في تحسين أداء مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد تعزى لمتغير (الجنس سنوات الخبرة، المستوى التعليمي)، وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة تقدر بــــ: (45) مستشارًا ومستشارة تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية غرضية، ولاختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم بناء استبيان والتحقق من خصائصه السيكومترية، وخلال هذه الدراسة استعانت الباحثة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تم استخدام البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS26) و(EXCEL) في المعالجة الإحصائية، والاستعانة بكل من الأساليب التالية: المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري معامل ألفا كرو نباخ، اختبار(ت)، اختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي (ANOVA). وفي الأخير أسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية: - للرقمنة دور إيجابي في تحسين أداء مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني. - توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا في دور الرقمنة في تحسين أداء مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث.  لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا في دور الرقمنة في تحسين أداء مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة.  توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا في دور الرقمنة في تحسين أداء مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي لصالح الماستر. The study aimed to identify the role of digitalization in improving the performance of school and career guidance counselors in the province of Bou Saâda, and to determine whether there are statistically significant differences in the role of digitalization in improving the performance of guidance counselors attributable to the variables (gender, years of experience, and educational level). The study was conducted on a sample of (45) counselors selected using purposive sampling. To test the study’s hypotheses, a questionnaire was developed and its psychometric properties were verified. Throughout this study, the researcher employed a descriptive-analytical approach. The statistical software (SPSS 26) and (Excel) were used for statistical analysis, employing the following methods: arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Finally, the study yielded the following results:  Digitization plays a positive role in improving the performance of school and career guidance counselors.  There are statistically significant differences in the role of digitization in improving the performance of school and career guidance counselors attributable to the gender variable, favoring females.  There are no statistically significant differences in the role of digitization in improving the performance of school and career guidance counselors attributable to the years of experience variable.  There are statistically significant differences in the role of digitalization in improving the performance of school and career guidance counselors attributable to the educational level variable, favoring those with a master’s degree
