تأثير الترامواي على الفضاءات العمومية وحركة المرور في مدينة باب الزوار ـ الجزائر العاصمة

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة تأثير الترامواي على الفضاءات العمومية والحركة المرورية في بلدية باب الزوار، باعتبارها من أهم الأقطاب الحضرية بالعاصمة الجزائرية. يهدف البحث إلى تحليل دور الترامواي كوسيلة نقل جماعي حديثة تساهم في تحسين التنقل الحضري، إعادة تنظيم الفضاءات العمومية، وتخفيف الضغط المروري داخل المدينة. اعتمدت الدراسة على تحليل الواقع العمراني وشبكة الطرق والحركية المرورية، إضافة إلى دراسة تأثير الترامواي على النشاط الاقتصادي والفضاءات المحيطة بمحطاته. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن الترامواي ساهم في تحسين الربط بين الأحياء وتنشيط الحركة التجارية وتقليل جزء من الازدحام المروري، إلا أن تأثيره بقي محدودًا داخل بعض الأحياء التي لا تزال تعاني من ضعف التهيئة والاعتماد الكبير على السيارة الخاصة. وتخلص الدراسة إلى ضرورة اعتماد رؤية حضرية متكاملة تقوم على تطوير النقل متعدد الوسائط، تحسين الفضاءات العمومية، وتعزيز الحركية المشاتية من أجل تحقيق تنمية حضرية مستدامة وتحسين جودة الحياة في بلدية باب الزوار.

This study examines the impact of the tramway on public spaces and traffic flow in Bab Ezzouar, one of the major urban centers of the Algerian capital. The research aims to analyze the role of the tramway as a modern public transport system contributing to urban mobility improvement, public space reorganization, and traffic congestion reduction. The study is based on an analysis of the urban context, road network, and traffic dynamics, as well as the tramway’s effects on economic activities and surrounding public spaces. The findings reveal that the tramway has improved connectivity between neighborhoods, stimulated commercial activities, and partially reduced traffic congestion. However, its impact remains limited in some inner urban areas that still suffer from inadequate urban planning and heavy dependence on private cars. The study concludes that achieving sustainable urban development in Bab Ezzouar requires an integrated urban strategy based on multimodal transportation, enhancement of public spaces, and the promotion of pedestrian mobility in order to improve the quality of urban life.
