Abstract

تتناولهذهالمذكرةموضوعواقعاستخدامالرقمنةفيالديوانالوطنيللتعليموالتكوينعنبعد،وهذا نظرالأهمية الموضوعفيتطويرالمنظومةالتعليميةوتعزيزفعاليةالتعليمعنبعدفيالجزائر.وقدسعتالدراسةإلىتسليطالضوءعلىآلياتتوظيفالتكنولوجياتالرقميةداخلالديوان،وهذا بهدف معرفةمدىتكاملهامعالأهدافالبيداغوجيةوالإداريةللمؤسسة. وقد استخدمنا منهج دراسة الحالة،كونهالمنهج الأنسبلوصف وتحليلالظاهرةالمدروسةوفهمأبعادهاالمختلفةفيسياقهاالواقعي،وقدتمإجراءالدراسةبمقرالديوانالوطنيللتعليموالتكوينعنبعدبالجزائرالعاصمة،معاختيارعينةمكونةمن 50 مفردةشملتموظفينيعملونفيمختلفالمصالحذاتالصلةباستخدامالوسائلالرقمية،والمعلمينوالمتعلمينفيطوريالمتوسطوالثانوي،لنتوصل في الأخير إلى أن: " الرقمنة بالديوان الوطني للتعليم والتكوين عن بعد واقع فعلي وملموسيتمتع ببنيةاتصالية ودعم فني متكامل يوفر الخدمات التعليمية على مدار الموسم الدراسي،مما يدل على فاعلية التعليم الرقمي بالجزائر". This paper explores the current state of digitalization within the National Office for Distance Education and Training )ONEFD( in Algeria, recognizing the critical importance of this topic in enhancing the national educational system and improving the efficiency of distance learning. The study aims to shed light on the mechanisms through which digital technologies are integrated into the operations of the Office, with the objective of assessing how well these technologies align with its pedagogical and administrative goals.A case study methodology was adopted, as it provides the most suitable approach to describe, analyze, and understand the complexity of the phenomenon within its real-life context. The research was conducted at the headquarters of the National Office for Distance Education and Training in Algiers. The sample consisted of 50 participants, including staff members involved in digital operations, as well as teachers and learners from both the middle and secondary school levels.The findings indicate that digitalization at the )ONEFD( is a tangible and operational reality, supported by a robust communication infrastructure and integrated technical support that ensures the provision of educational services throughout the academic year. This confirms the effectiveness of digital education in Algeria.
