Abstract

Current disruptions in the international system are manifested in the transformation of its structure and the balance of power among states. These disruptions are characterized by the decline of American hegemony and the emergence of new powers such as China and Russia, leading to a multipolar system. These transformations create new challenges for global stability, as major powers compete for economic and political influence. The shift in the balance of power reflects the increasing economic and political importance of developing countries and contributes to the emergence of new alliances and changes in traditional international relations. All of this reflects a new dynamic in the international system, requiring the reassessment of strategies and alliances among states to maintain global stability and security.
