دلالة الألفاظ على المعاني وكيفية تفعيلها في توجيه النص القرآني دلاليا واستنباط أحكامه بين المتكلمين والفقهاء

Abstract

ملخص البحث إن التكاليف في الشريعة الإسلامية لا تقام إلاّ بمقتضى الألفاظ، ومدلولاتها، إذ هي السبيل إلى تفسير النصوص وتأويلها واستنباط أحكامها. ذلك أن بعض النصوص القرآنية لا يتأتى الوصول إلى مقاصدها وسبر أغوارها إلا بالتأويل ، وآلة التأويل لا تتحرك إلا إذا حددت دلالة الألفاظ على المعاني من حيث الوضوح والإبهام،ولهذا فقد قسم العلماء الألفاظ الواردة في القرآن باعتبار الوضوح ،والإبهام في الدلالة على المعاني المرادة شرعا إلى قسمين: واضح الدلالة و مبهم الدلالة ، وسار هذا التوجه في مسلكين اثنين : مسلك المتكلمين و مسلك الحنفية . - ترى ما محددات دلالة الألفاظ على المعاني من حيث الوضوح والإبهام ؟ - كيف سلكها العلماء من متكلمين و أحناف في توجيه النص واستنباط أحكامه ؟ Semantics of the utterances on meanings in terms of clarity and ambiguity, between the speakers(almutakalimin ) and Jurists (alfuqaha) " An analytical study " Legitimate duties in Islamic law can be established only in accordance with the terms of utterances , and their implications, as they are the way to interpret the texts and explanate and elicit Legitimate judgments. Some the Qur'anic texts can only be achieved by interpretation, and the mechanism of interpretation does not move unless the semantics of the utterances are defined in terms of clarity and ambiguity. Thus scholars have classified the Qur'anic terms into two parts: clear Significance and vague Significance, and this trend went in two ways: the path of speakers (almutakalimin ) and the path of the Hanafia. So, what are the determinants of the semantics of utterances in terms of clarity and ambiguity? And how did scholars among speakers (almutakalimin ) and the Hanafia deal with it?
