Abstract

تشكل عمليات خلق الثروة تحديا كبيرا للقيادة في الجامعة، ففي هذا ال طار تسعى القيادة في الجامعة إلى إيجاد آليات تمكن من خلق الثروة وإحداث نقل نوعية للجامعة وتنميتها وتطويرها من خالل تشجيع الطلبة والباحثين على إنشاء مؤسسات ناشئة وتطوير أفكارهم وتحويلها إلى مشاريع حقيقية ومنتجة للثروة، ففي هذه الورقةالبحثية سيتم التطرق إلىمفهوم القيادة في الجامعة وفق منظور مدخل عمليات خلق الثروة، في محاولة لمناقشة قضية مهمة تتعلق بإعادة صياغة مفهوم القيادة في الجامعة وتكييفه مع مدخل خلق الثروة الذي القى اهتماما كبيرا من علماء االقتصاد والسياسة والدارة من جهة، ومن صناع القرارمن جهةثانية، باعتبارها آلية جديدة لتنويع مصادر التمويل وتخفيف الضغط على الخزينة العمومية، وتحقيق االستقالل المالي الحقيقي للجامعة. الكلمات المفتاحية: القيادة، الجامعة، خلق الثروة. Abstruct : Wealth creation processes constitute a major challenge for the leadership in the university. In this context, the leadership in the university seeks to find mechanisms that enable the creation of wealth and bring about a qualitative transfer of the university, its growth and development by encouraging students and researchers to establish emerginginstitutions and develop their ideas and turn them into real and wealth-producing projects. The research paper will address the concept of leadership in the university according to the perspective of the entrance to wealth creation processes, in an attempt to discuss an important issue related to reformulating the concept of leadership in the university and adapting it to the approach to wealth creation, which has received great interest from economists, politics and administration on the one hand, and from decision makers on the one hand. Secondly, as a new mechanism to diversify funding sources, reduce pressure on the public treasury, and achieve real financial independence for the university.
