Abstract

تطرقت هذه الدراسة إلى الإستراتيجية الأمريكية اتجاه إيران وملفها النووي ، والتي تددخل ضمن إستراتيجيتها في الشرق الأوسط ، وتهدف إلى إعطاء رؤية شاملة عن الإستراتيجية الأمريكية في المنطقة ذات الأهمية الجيوستراتيجية ، لذلك تحاول الدراسة طرح الإشكالية التي تتعلق بطبيعة وأبعاد هذه الإستراتيجية وتضع فرضيات فرضيات منبثقة من الإشكالية المطروحة . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإستراتيجية الأمريكية لم تتغير ، بل تسير في اتجاه واحد ، رغم تغير الفترات والرؤساء ، لكن الذي تغير هي الوسائل الكفيلة بتحقيق أهدافها الإستراتيجية التي تخدم دوما الثوابت التي تنطلق منها أساسا ، في المنطقة وهي تأمين الطاقة وأمن إسرائيل. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإستراتيجية الأمريكية،الشرق الأوسط، القوة الذكية، الملف النووي الإيراني، اتفاق 5+1

ABSTRACT : This study involves the American strategy to wards Iran , and its nuclear file. Which involved into its strategy in midle east . The objectif is to have a globl vision on the American strategy in this zone or erea , and its importance , In this stady we try to set in essue that have a relationship with the nature of this strategy and set hypothesis on the same issues . The study denoted that the American strategy dosn t change ; but it followes the same path at despite of that change of the presidents and their periods . but the changes concentrated on the means that push to reach the strategic objectives ; that help to implement the constants in the region as far as the energy and Israil security .
