dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to shed light on the administrative and financial management of social security funds in Algerian legislation, as well as analyzing the provisions and social security contributions, by talking about the emergence of social security funds in Algeria and the legal nature, in addition to studying the various sources of funds on which the social security system depends. And the methods it adopts to manage funds on the one hand and provide services on the other hand. Finally, we note that social security funds play a major role for the benefit of workers and society as a whole, by preventing poverty, so Algeria has a social security system distinguished by its multiple systems, and among these systems are the National Social Security Fund for Salaried Workers (CNAS) and the National Social Security Fund for Non-Wage Workers. (CASNOS), the National Retirement Fund (CNR), the National Unemployment Insurance Fund (CNAC), where each of these funds takes care of a specific type of risk and a specific category of users. ¡ Keywords: Social Security Fund, subscription, social risk, financing, management.
