Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على: تقييم مستوى الاضطرابات النطقية التي يعاني منها الأطفال المصابون بمتلازمة داون، من فئة الإعاقة الذهنية البسيطة والمتوسطة، وذلك من خلال الدراسة الميدانية بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي للأطفال المعوقين ذهنياً رقم 01 بولاية المسيلة ، حيث أجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من أربع حالات تتراوح أعمارهم بين 9 و11 سنةكما اعتمدت الطالبات على المنهج الوصفي ذو طابع دراسة حالة مستخدمات في ذلك اختبار شوفلي ميلر كأداة معيارية للكشف على بندي صعوبات النطق والمستوى الفونولوجي لديهم. وبعد اجراء الدراسة الميدانية وجمع البيانات والمعلوماتكميا وكيفيا ومعالجتها تم التوصل الى اهم النتائج الآتي ذكرها: - أن مستوى الاضطرابات النطقية عند الأطفال المصابين بمتلازمة داون يتراوح بين المتوسط و الشديد ، مع تباين في شدة الأعراض بين الأفراد. - أن معظم الأطفال يتمتعون بمستوى جيد في مهارة الأدء النطقي ، حيث تمكن ثلاثة أطفال من تقليد الأصوات بشكل سليم نسبيًا. -أن مهارة الأداء الفونولوجي (خصوصًا في التكرار) ضعيفة بشكل لافت، مقارنة بمستوى الأداء في التسمية، ما يعكس صعوبات على مستوى المعالجة الفونولوجية.

Summary: The present study aims to assess the level of speech disorders in children with Down syndrome who have mild to moderate intellectual disabilities. The fieldwork was conducted at the Psychopedagogical Center for Children with Intellectual Disabilities No. 01 in M’sila, with a sample of four children aged between 9 and 11 years. The students adopted a descriptive case study approach, using the Chauffé-Miller Test as a standardized tool to evaluate the children’s speech difficulties and phonological performance. After conducting the field study and analyzing the data both quantitatively and qualitatively, the following key results were obtained: • The level of speech disorders among children with Down syndrome ranged from moderate to severe, with variations in severity between individuals. • Most of the children demonstrated a good level of speech performance, as three out of the four were able to imitate sounds relatively accurately. • Phonological performance, particularly in repetition tasks, was found to be significantly weak compared to naming, reflecting difficulties in phonological processing.
