| dc.description.abstract | يعتبرموضوعالطبالشرعي من المواضيع الهامة والتي تستحق الدراسة؛ حيث يعتبر همزة وصل بين الطب والقانون، أين يقوم الطب الشرعي بدراسة العلاقة القريبة والبعيدة التي تربط الوقائع الطبية بالنصوص القانونية، فالطب الشرعي من المواضيع الهامة والمميزة لما له من أهمية بالغة في خدمة وتنوير العدالة، ومن خلال هذا البحث المتواضع قمنا بدراسة وتبيان الدور الذي يلعبة الطب الشرعي في البحث عن الحقيقة وتسخيرها لخدمة العدالة بطرق علمية ودقيقة .
