Abstract: Algeria has endeavored to develop its economy through its interest in the industrial sector, which is embodied in the industrial zones, where they are an important economic resource contributing to sustainable development. These zones have undergone a historical and legal development that has contributed to their emergence in the current form. In light of the development that these zones have gone through and with the multiplicity of their institutional framework, the industrial zones have experienced many problems due to their incompatibility with the economic policy of successive governments and the ambiguous legal status of the industrial property, which has resulted in many disputes that have led to hindering national and foreign investments
