التنافس الفرنسي الصيني في إفريقيا بعد الحرب الباردة

Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث دراسة تحليلية حول التنافس الفرنسي الصيني في إفريقيا بعد الحرب الباردة وذلك بالتطرق في بادي الأمر إلى التحولات التي طرأت على بنية النظام الدولي في هذه الفترة و التي تولد عنها ظهور قوى دولية صاعدة من أبرزها الصين كقوة اقتصادية منافسة لفرنسا في إفريقيا. و كان من أسباب التنافس هو الأهمية الجيو استراتيجية للقارة الإفريقية بالنسبة للدول المتنافسة لبسط نفوذها، مما أدى إلى استعمال آليات و وسائل من كلا المتنافسين قصد الوصول إلى تحقيق الأهداف و المصالح. وفي الأخير كانت هناك مظاهر و تداعيات جرَّاء هذا التنافس الذي أثّر على السياسة الفرنسية تجاه افريقا ودفع فرنسا إلى إقامة الشراكة و التعاون مع الصين في بعض الميادين في إفريقيا. SUMMARY This study deals with the analysis of the Franco-Chinese competition in Africa after the Cold War. It refers to the changes in the structure of the international system during this period, which resulted in the emergence of international powers, notably China as a rival economic power to France in Africa. One of the reasons for the competition was the geo-strategic importance of the African continent for the competing countries to extend their influence, which led to the use of mechanisms and means of both competitors in order to reach the goals and interests.
