Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of digitization in improving the quality of employee performance: A field study conducted at the Municipality of Ain El-Khadra in M'sila Province. The study was based on a sample of 72 individuals, employing a descriptive approach for the theoretical part. A questionnaire was used to collect data in the practical part, and the SPSS program was utilized for data analysis. Among the most significant findings was the existence of a statistically significant effect of digitization on the quality of employee performance at the Municipality of Ain El-Khadra in M'sila Province, at a significance level of (α ≤ 0.05). Additionally, the study confirmed a statistically significant impact of various dimensions of digitization (computers and their accessories, software and its components, and networks) on improving employee performance quality, also at the (α ≤ 0.05) level
