درجة تقبل أساتذة قسم علم النفس للتدريس باللغة الإنجليزية - دراسة ميدانيةبجامعة المسيلة-

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على درجة تقبل أساتذة قسم علم النفس للتدريس باللغة الإنجليزية حسب نموذج ADKAR بأبعاده الخمسة، ومعرفة الفروق في درجة التقبل حسب متغيري الجنس والتكوين، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتطبيق استبيان معد من طرف الباحثتين نادية تاهمي وصورية لعذور على عينة قوامها 46 أستاذ وأستاذة من قسم علم النفس بجامعة المسيلة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، لمعالجة البيانات استخدمنا الأسلوب الإحصائي SPSS . تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية:

- درجة تقبل أساتذة قسم علم النفس للتدريس باللغة الإنجليزية حسب نموذج ADKAR بأبعاده الخمسةمتوسطة. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة تقبل أساتذة قسم علم النفس للتدريس باللغة الإنجليزية تعزى لمتغير الجنس (ذكر؛ انثى). - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة تقبل أساتذة قسم علم النفس للتدريس باللغة الإنجليزية تعزى لمتغير التكوين في اللغة الإنجليزية. The present study aimed to identify the level of acceptance among faculty members of the Department of Psychology for teaching in English, and to examine the differences in acceptance levels based on the variables of gender and English language training. The descriptive method was used, and a questionnaire developed by the researchers Nadia Tahmi and Souria Laadhour was administered to a sample of 46 male and female faculty members from the Department of Psychology at the University of M’sila, selected through a simple random sampling method. The data were analyzed using the statistical software SPSS. The study yielded the following results:

- The level of acceptance among faculty members of the Department of Psychology for teaching in English, according to the five dimensions of the ADKAR model, was moderate. - There were no statistically significant differences in the level of acceptance based on the gender variable (male/female). - There were statistically significant differences in the level of acceptance based on the variable of English language training.
