Abstract

Mediation is one of the most important transformations that appeared in the field of justice in general and the field of resolving conflicts by friendly means in particular, and the delay in the Algerian legislator and the Egyptian legislator to take it a reason for a lack of jurisprudence and procedural aspects in familiarity with all its aspects . It is noted through this study, each of them seeks to implement this friendly legal mechanism in a form worthy of what was reached at Western legislation such as American, Canadian and Arab legislation as well, such as the remarkable development in Jordanian and Qatari legislation
