تحليل خطاب الجزائر في الأمم المتحدة –دراسة على عينة من خطابات وزير الخارجية أحمد عطاف

Abstract

تسعى هذه المذكرة العلمية إلى تحليل الخطاب السياسي والدبلوماسي لوزير الشؤون الخارجية والجالية الوطنية في الخارج والشؤون الافريقية اأحمد عطاف من منظور علمي متخصص في الاتصال والعلاقات العامة. يُعتبر الخطاب الدبلوماسي أداة استراتيجية محورية في بناء صورة الدولة وإدارة علاقاتها الخارجية، وقد برز أحمد عطاف كأحد أهم الأصوات الدبلوماسية الجزائرية في المحافل الدولية. تعتمد هذه الدراسة على منهج تحليل الخطاب النقدي لفحص البنية اللغوية والحجاجية لخطابات عطاف، مع التركيز على استراتيجيات الإقناع والتأطير الإعلامي وبناء الصورة الذهنية. تهدف المذكرة إلى الكشف عن الآليات الاتصالية التي تُوظف لخدمة السياسة الخارجية الجزائرية وتعزيز مكانتها الإقليمية والدولية.

Abstract This research paper aims to analyze the political and diplomatic discourse of Ahmed Attaf, Minister of Foreign Affairs, the National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, from a specialized academic perspective in communication and public relations. Diplomatic discourse is a pivotal strategic tool in shaping a nation's image and managing its foreign relations, and Ahmed Attaf has emerged as one of the most prominent Algerian diplomatic voices on the international stage.

This study employs critical discourse analysis to examine the linguistic and argumentative structure of Attaf's speeches, focusing on persuasion strategies, media framing, and image building. The paper aims to uncover the communication mechanisms employed to serve Algerian foreign policy and enhance its regional and international standing.
