الإستراتيجية الدبلوماسية الجزائرية تجاه فرنسا وبريطانيا خلال القرن 18م دراسة في ضوء الوثائق والمعاهدات

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة الدبلوماسية الجزائرية تجاه فرنسا وبريطانيا خلال القرن 18م، من خلال التطرق إلى الإطار العام للدبلوماسية الجزائرية والوضع السياسي والقانوني للجزائر قبيل القرن الثامن عشر، ثم دراسة العلاقات الجزائرية مع كل من فرنسا وبريطانيا من حيث تطورها، والمعاهدات والاتفاقيات المبرمة، وأهم الأدوات والأسس التي اعتمدتها الجزائر في ممارستها الدبلوماسية. كما تتضمن الدراسة قراءة مقارنة لأوجه التشابه والاختلاف في السياسة الدبلوماسية الجزائرية تجاه الدولتين، وصولاً إلى استخلاص أهم النتائج والاستنتاجات. وقد جاء البحث في مدخل وثلاثة فصول؛ خصص المدخل لبيان أسس ومحددات العمل الدبلوماسي الجزائري والوضع السياسي والقانوني للجزائر قبيل القرن الثامن عشر. أما الفصل الأول فتناول الدبلوماسية الجزائرية تجاه فرنسا خلال القرن الثامن عشر، بينما عالج الفصل الثاني العلاقات الجزائرية البريطانية ومعاهداتها وأسس التعامل الدبلوماسي معها. في حين خصص الفصل الثالث للمقارنة بين الدبلوماسية الجزائرية تجاه فرنسا وبريطانيا، من خلال إبراز أوجه التشابه والاختلاف بينهما، مع خاتمة تضم أهم النتائج. الكلمات المفتاحية: الدبلوماسية الجزائرية؛ الجزائر؛ فرنسا؛ بريطانيا؛ القرن 18م؛ العلاقات الجزائرية الفرنسية.

ب/ الملخص باللغة الانجليزية : Abstract: This study examines Algerian diplomacy to wards France and Britain during the eighteenth century, by addressing the general framework of Algerian diplomacy and the political and legal status of Algeria prior to the eighteenth century. It also analyzes Algerian relations with both France and Britain in terms of their development, the treaties and agreements concluded, and the main tools and foundations adopted by Algeria in conducting its diplomatic relations. Furthermore, the study provides a comparative analysis of the similarities and differences in Algerian diplomatic policy towards the two countries, leading to the identification of the main findings and conclusions. The research is structured into an introduction and three chapters. The introduction is devoted to presenting the foundations and determinants of Algerian diplomatic practice, as well as the political and legal status of Algeria prior to the eighteenth century. The first chapter examines Algerian diplomacy towards France during the eighteenth century, while the second chapter addresses Algerian-British relations, their treaties, and the foundations governing diplomatic interaction with Britain. The third chapter is devoted to a comparison between Algerian diplomacy towards France and Britain, highlighting the similarities and differences between the two, followed by a conclusion presenting the main findings.
