| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة الي الكشف عن الالتزام العلاجي لدى أمهات أطفال التوحد –دراسة عيادية علي عينة من أمهات أطفال التوحد بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي للاطفال المعوقين ذهنيا الشهيد مقران علي مسيلة 01- تم استخدام المنهج العيادي ، حيث اختيرت عينة قصدية مكونة من خمس (05) أمهات لأطفال التوحد ، و بغرض جمع البيانات تم الاستعانة بمقياس الالتزام العلاجي لدي أمهات أطفال التوحد زيادة رشيدة (2022)، و المقابلة نصف موجهة من إعداد الطالبتين، وللتحقق من صحة الفرضيات استخدمنا الاساليب الاحصائية المناسبة (المتوسطات الحسابية ، الانحرافات المعيارية ، المتوسطات الفرضية ، إختبار "ت" للفروق )و توصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التنالية : - تمتلك أمهات أطفال التوحد مستوي وعي ثقيل فوق المتوسط. - تشكل العوامل المرتبطة بالمرض عائقا متوسطا يقاوم الالتزام العلاجي و لكنه غير دال إحصائيا . - يتسم مستوي السيرورة العلاجية و نظام الرعاية بالوضوح و الارتفاع الدال احصائيا - تمتلك الامهات مستوي ثقة و تواصل مرتفع و دال احصائيا بشكل قوي جدا مع الفريق الطبي و المستقبل للطفل. - تؤثر الظروف الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية بشكل مستقر و ايجابي دال احصائيا في تثبيت الالتزام العلاجي للامهات و حمايتهن من الانهاك . This study aimed to investigate treatment adherence amongmothers of children with autism through a fieldstudyconducted on a sample of mothers of autistic childrenat the Psycho-Pedagogical Center for Mentally Disabled Children "Martyr Mokran Ali" in M'Sila 01. The clinical method was adopted in carrying out the study. A purposivesampleconsisting of five (05) mothers of childrenwithautismwasselected. For data collection, the studyrelied on the TreatmentAdherenceScaledeveloped by ZiadaRachida (2022), as well as a semi-structured interview designed by the tworesearchers. To test the study hypotheses, appropriatestatisticalmethodswereemployed, includingarithmeticmeans, standard deviations, hypotheticalmeans, and the t-test for differences. The studyyielded the followingresults: - Mathers of childrenwithautismdemonstrated an above-averagelevel of awareness and acceptance (numerically), althoughthisresultwas not statisticallysignificant. - Disease-relatedfactorsconstituted a moderate obstacle to treatmentadherence;however, thiseffectwas not statisticallysignificant. - The therapeuticprocess and healthcare system werecharacterized by clarity and a statisticallysignificant high level. - Mothersexhibited a high level of trust and communication with the medical team and the institutions receivingtheirchildren, with a verystrongstatisticalsignificance. - Social and economic conditions had a stable and positive statisticallysignificanteffect in reinforcingmothers’ treatmentadherence and protectingthemfrom exhaustion | |
