Abstract

جاءت هاته الدراسة الموسومة بـ: الشرح الحديثي عند ابن دقيق العيد من خلال كتابه "إحكام الأحكام" كتاب الصلاة باب الصفوف من الحديث 70 إلى الحديث 75، حيث تناولت بالتحليل مسائل فقهية مهمة تتعلق بتسوية الصفوف وفضائلها، بينا من خلال الدراسة أن تسوية الصفوف من كمال الصلاة وإن اختلف الفقهاء في وجوبها، مع تأكيد الأحاديث على فضل الصف الأول للرجال وآخر الصفوف للنساء، وضرورة سد الفراغات وعدم التفريق بين المصلين. كما ناقشت مسائل تطهير أماكن الصلاة بالنضح (الرش الخفيف) وموقف الصبيان في الصلاة، توصلت إلى أن هذه الأحكام تعكس نظاماً روحانياً واجتماعياً متكاملاً في الشريعة، يجمع بين النصوص الشرعية والواقع العملي، مع مراعاة مقاصد الطهارة والنظام في العبادة الجماعية This study, titled "The Hadith Explanation of Ibn Daqiq al-Eid through His Book 'Ihkam al-Ahkam,' Book of Prayer, Chapter on Rows from Hadith 70 to Hadith 75," analyzed important jurisprudential issues related to the alignment of rows and their virtues. The study demonstrated that aligning the rows is part of the completeness of prayer, even though jurists differ on its obligation. It emphasized the hadiths on the virtue of the first row for men and the last row for women, the necessity of filling gaps, and not differentiating between worshippers. It also discussed the issues of purifying prayer places with sprinkling (light spraying) and the position of children in prayer, concluding that these rulings reflect a comprehensive spiritual and social system in Sharia, combining religious texts with practical reality, while considering the objectives of purity and order in communal worship.
