Abstract

This study highlights the role of Artificial Intelligence in modernizing public utilities and improving public service quality. It examines its impact on enhancing job performance and supporting administrative decision-making within Algerian public administration. Using descriptive and analytical approaches, the study found that smart technologies simplify procedures, promote transparency, and reduce routine workloads. However, their effectiveness depends on a strong legislative framework and secure infrastructure. The study recommends strengthening digital skills, enhancing cybersecurity, and adopting a gradual digital transformation strategy to improve public service efficiency.
