| dc.description.abstract | This thesis presents the design and development of an integrated mobile application and website dedicated to monitoring patients with chronic diseases : diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension and obesity. The system offers daily vital measurements recording, interactive graphical visualization, an intelligent medication reminder system, a medical appointment reminder system (with J-1 and H-1 automatic notifications), and professional PDF report generation on the client side. Built with Next.js 15 (integrated API Routes), React, MongoDB and Workbox (PWA); PDF generation uses jsPDF and jspdf-autotable. | |
