دور الجماعات الإقليمية في خلق مصادر مالية جديدة

Abstract

نستنج في خلاصة القول للفصل الأول تبيان دور الجماعات الإقليمية الولاية والبلدية في تحقيق التنمية من خلال تركيز صلاحيات المجالس المنتخبة المجلس الشعبي البلدي والولائي من اجل تحقيق التنمية ولخلق مصادر مالية جديدة بحيث عالجنا اختصاصات او صلاحيات الهيئات الاقليمية المحلية البلدية والولاية بحيث ركزنا على صلاحيات المجلس الشعبي البلدي والولائي ثم التطرق الى نقطة التعاون بين الجماعات الإقليمية بصفة عامة ومن ثم نطاق التعاون التنموي بين الولايات أو البلديات لخلق الاستثمار وحتى فرص العمل وخلق الثروة مشاريع تنموية محلية اقتصادية والفصل الثاني تطرقنا الى تحديد دور الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص في دعم الدور الاقتصادي للجماعات الإقليمية وآلية لتحفيز الاستثمار المحلي للقطاعين العام والخاص وخلق مصادر مالية جديدة.

Abstract Concentrating the powers of the elected municipal and state popular councils in order to achieve development and create new financial sources. We dealt with the competencies or powers of the local municipal and state regional bodies. We focused on the powers of the municipal and state popular council, and then touched upon the point of cooperation between regional groups in general. The role of state and municipal regional groups in achieving development through it, and then the scope of development cooperation between states or municipalities to create investment and even job opportunities and wealth creation, local economic development projects, and the second chapter we discussed determining the role of partnership between the public and private sectors in supporting the economic role of regional groups and a mechanism to stimulate investment the local public and private sectors and creating new financial sources.
