Abstract

تعتبر الملكية الفكرية من أهم المسائل التي وافقت تطور النظام الاقتصادي الحديث والتجارة الدولية ونظرا لهذه الأهمية فقد سعت معظم الدول خاصة المتقدمة منها إلى إدراج الملكية الفكرية ضمن السياسات الوطنية باعتبارها أداة رئيسية في تنمية المجتمعات وفي سبيل هذه الغاية سنت التشريعات التي تكفل وتصون هذه الحقوق من الضياع أو الانتهاك أو التعدي ، كما رافقت ذلك اهتمام دولي تمثل في ايجاد العديد من الاتفاقيات والمعاهدات والآليات الدولية التي تنظم حماية هذه الحقوق في اطار دولي محكم يضمن الحماية لهذه الحقوق الكلمات المفتاحية : الملكية الفكرية – الحماية الدولية – الحقوق - المعاهدة – الاتفاقية Summary : Intellectual property is considered one of the most important issues that have approved the development of the modern economic system and international trade. Given this importance, most countries, especially the developed ones, have sought to include intellectual property in national policies as a major tool in the development of societies. For this purpose, legislations have been enacted so asto guarantee and protect these rights from being lost. Or violated or infringed, In addition , an international interest have been associated in order ro seek for the creation of many international conventions, treaties and mechanisms that regulate the protection of these rights in a tight international framework which guarantees protection for these rights key words :
